Special Upcoming Services and Events
Sunday, November 15th, The Nativity Fast begins and will last until the evening of Thursday, December 24th.
Friday, November 20th, A Vesperal Liturgy will begin at 5:00 P.M. for the Entrance of the Theotokos (Virgin Mary) into the Temple. As a reminder, this is one of the twelve major feast days of the Church calendar, so all faithful Christians who can attend are encouraged to do so.
Wednesday, November 25th, Father James will travel to Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in Grand Rapids to celebrate the Divine Liturgy with the Rev. Father Jim Berends. This service is in honor of the feast day for St. Catherine the Great Martyr of Alexandria. Orthros will begin at 9:00 A.M., immediately followed by the Divine Liturgy.
Thursday, December 24th, The Divine Liturgy will be celebrated Christmas Eve beginning at 5:00 P.M. All are encouraged to join us as we celebrate the Nativity (Birth) of our Lord.
Regular Service Schedule
Great Vespers: Saturdays, 5:00 P.M.*
Orthros/Matins: Sundays, 9:30 A.M.
Divine Liturgy: Sundays, 10:00 A.M.
*Great Vespers is offered the SECOND Saturday of each month unless otherwise noted. Father James is available for the sacrament of Confession after Great Vespers or during the week by appointment.
Church services are in English. Visitors are encouraged to attend, and we welcome guests to join us for coffee and snacks in the fellowship hall after the services each Sunday.
