Although Holy Communion and other Sacraments are offered only to baptized and chrismated (confirmed) Orthodox Christians, all are invited to receive the antidoron (blessed bread) from the priest at the conclusion of the Divine Liturgy.

If you are new to our Church or visiting this area, please join us for refreshments and fellowship in the Community Center following the Divine Liturgy.  We hope that you will return often to worship with us, to grow in Christ and in our Orthodox Faith.

·        10 AM Liturgy – has been approved and will begin next Sunday.

·        Memorial – next Sunday there will be a Memorial offered for Sophie Afendulis followed by a Coffee Hour sponsored by the Afendulis family.

·        Sunday School Enrollment will be held Sept. 14 so please be sure to bring your children to church that Sunday and every Sunday.

·        Philoptochos – meetings will begin in September and will always be held after coffee hour on the last Sunday of each month.

·        The Pilaf Dinner – is coming up soon and much help is needed.  Please sign up at candle stand or call Karen Eifert to volunteer.  There are two more baking dates starting at 9:30 am on:  Sat. Sept. 6 to bake Melomakarona and on Sat. Sept. 13 to bake Baklava.  Please pick up tickets to sell and flyers to distribute for our main fund raiser of the year.

·        Greek Dance Instruction – will be offered again this year on Saturday evening September 20 here at the church hall at 6 pm when the Hellenic Dancers from Toledo join us.  There will be dinner from 6-7 pm followed by 90 minutes of dance instruction.  Please call either Pat Ladas 231 744-1262 or Liz Danigelis 231 799-1028 to make your reservation.

·        Greek School – will be resuming the middle of September and you are urged to call Bessie Apostle 616 296-1335 if you plan to attend.  If you are interested in learning conversational Greek, please join us.
